My mission is to create a gentle, welcoming sanctuary where you can easily find tools that support well-being, self-care, and spiritual growth. Lily & Pheasant was created from the belief that everyone deserves the chance to slow down, reconnect with themselves, and nurture their mind, body, and soul.

I believe that healing, growth, and self-discovery should feel accessible, supportive, and empowering—not overwhelming or out of reach.

 

Journey

Lily and Pheasant was born from my own personal journey.

My name is Amber, and like many people, my path to spirituality and wellbeing began during a time when I was searching for balance, clarity, and deeper meaning. I explored self-care practices, spiritual tools, and mindful living not just out of curiosity, but to feel more grounded, connected, and whole.

Along the way, I noticed something missing. Finding high-quality, meaningful, and affordable products that truly supported wellbeing and spiritual growth wasn’t always easy. Everything felt scattered, impersonal, or inaccessible. I longed for a space that felt intentional, a place where people could find what they needed without feeling judged, rushed, or overwhelmed.

That vision became Lily & Pheasant.

I wanted to create a one-stop space where tools for peace of mind, self-connection, and emotional and physical wellbeing could come together - carefully chosen, thoughtfully sourced.

Pheasant
The pheasant symbolises abundance, confidence, and grounded growth. It reminds us to stay rooted while continuing to evolve, reach forward, and step into our potential.
